I'm in the same boat! My elderly neighbor needs help badly. If I call Aging Services they will remove her from unsanitary and vile home. Great lady and I dont want to hurt her but she needs help!!

Who would I call to get free or very cheap help for my neighbor? They are in their 70's and dont work. Terrible roach infestation, animal feces and urine in home, can't deep clean themselves.
