Cancer causing hoard

Please help! My dad was recently diagnosed with cancer and due to radiation and chemo, he's got a feeding tube now. Due to his hoard, no indoor plumbing, and a house full of mouse feces & mold, he has had to move in with my grand parents. I gave up my life and moved home to help take care of him. He keeps saying all he wants is a clean, safe, and healthy house to go home to.
I'm financially and emotionally drained and need help getting my dads home back together. We have tried the va, area aging, all to no avail. There are no county agencies to help but the county is ready to condem his house. Ironic huh?
