I just wanted to share with you all a letter we just received yesterday from a customer of ours at Steri-Clean. We love knowing that the service we provide is truly changing peoples lives. We know how difficult the process is for our customers, so to receive letters and emails like this, it really means the world to us. This is not just about cleaning a house, it is about listening to your customer, earning their trust, and delivering what you promise. We strive for perfection, and feedback whether good or bad is how you learn, adjust and change things to deliver the perfect service. Here is our customers letter to us:

Hi Robert,
 
Just wanted to drop you a note to let you and Cory know how thankful I am that I found your company on the internet.  I don't know if Cory will remember or not, but I was close to calling you folks about 2 years ago - I had a major plumbing problem at the time and I was mortified that this house was a disaster.  I talked to Cory extensively and in my head I basically knew this was going to be what I thought was an expensive endeavor so I decided to try to work hard to resolve the issues on my own.......clearly that did not work. 
 
In the meantime I had some health issues that did not make it any easier for me to weed through the crap - yes crap -- and it continued to get worse.
 
I had kept your website -- must have had a hunch it was only a matter of time that I would need to call you folks to rescue me.  From my first conversation with Eli -- then chatting with Cory -- and then chatting with you -- I knew I was in the right place and I had the right people to help me get through this.  And this morning when my team arrived - again I knew I was in the care of some wonderful people - Don, Steve, and Fred. 
 
I have to admit to some nerves last night - I was even a little teary because I was sad that I had let this situation get so terribly bad.  But as I told you - the fire had been lit under my backside and I was motivated.  The guys were sensitive but at the same time -- they helped me to let go.  They were straight-up with me for sure and that's something I needed and appreciated.  They were also very reassuring which helped me. 
 
They worked their tushies off I have to say!!!!  I also had my two little pooches here -- and the guys made my little girls feel comfortable with these newcomers -- the dogs stayed calm which meant a lot.
 
I could go on and on -- but the bottom line is -- you folks have helped me to get back my house - see what the priorities are.  As I told you, my son lives with me, and he was here to witness what was removed from the house and I think even he was embarrassed that we as a team had let things go.  He agreed there needs to be change!!  YAYYYYYYY!
 
In closing -- just know I'm so very very thankful I found you folks.  I wasn't sure what to do about a gratuity to be honest -- I'm sort of a klutz on that subject when it's beyond dinner in a restaurant LOL.  I cannot afford much but I do want to send along something for each of the guys -- so if you'll let me know how to handle that -- we'll take care of that.  I just want them to know how much I appreciate all they did today and their sensitivity and good advice.
